Acupuncture For Impotence May Not Be Effective

A new review of evidence suggests that acupuncture as a treatment for impotence or erectile dysfunction in men may not work effective.
As we all know, acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine used for stimulating particular body parts through insertion of sterilized pins or needles that carries faint electric chargers at times. Usually acupuncture is used to maintain and restore body functions.
Several studies had reported “acupuncture increases nitric oxide,” which has been tied to the ability to maintain erections, Dr. Myeong Soo Lee, at Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine in Daejeon, told Reuters Health.
