Hiii..
I think the chakras can make more benefit for us than just for health. In my country, we can use the chakras for defending system. In this case, protect our body from physical contact. I mean here , automatic body defend system. We have known some martial arts like karate, taekwondo, boxing, and the others martial arts…and in this automatic body defend system, we just do nothing like the other martial arts…no hit ..no kick..just automatic system..We use our breathing to make this defend system..I have been learning it from teenager until now..36 years old. and of course…always make our body feel health too…
