Tai chi is a low impact workout that uses your entire mind and body. It is a slow moving dance that helps in acquiring balance and teaches you how to move from pelvis. It enhances the muscular strength, increases flexibility of the soft tissues and increases blood and energy circulation. It is also considered as moving meditation.
