  • Take your thumb and softly push and knead at a point on their body that is a little above their waist. You should do this treatment about two inches apart on both sides of their spine.
  • Finger acupressure treatment is also a good thing to do. What you need to do is to use the ball part of your thumb to massage the outside part of your child’s thumb up and down. Then use your thumb to softly push on the ball of their thumb all the way down.
  • Lastly, you will want to use the ball of your thumb to softly push on your child’s little finger. Go all the way up the finger to do it properly. All of these techniques should be repeated100 times each.
