To breathe better you must learn to breathe deeply and slowly. You can practice this by lying on your back in loose fitting clothing with your hand on your lower stomach.
Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Observe to which level your stomach moves as you practice this, as it should rise and fall with each breathe.
After the breathing exercise the next exercise in Kama sutra is muscle exercise. Pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is located between the genital and the anus. To find this muscle make your self start and stop peeing.
By doing this you can feel that muscle. Practice contracting the PC muscle 30 times in rapid succession. You can do this Kama sutra exercise anywhere and at anytime.
Kegel exercise can also use the same muscle, but the contractions are shorter and held for a longer time up to the count of three.
This form of Kama sutra exercise is the regular contracting and relaxing of the pelvic floor muscle designed to restore muscle tone, reduce overactive bladder symptoms, and to increase sexual gratification.
